Dear Customers,
Some SYSTEM ONLINE servers and infrastructure located in the Netherlands data center remain unavailable. We understand how difficult this situation is for those whose services are currently affected. The entire SYSTEM ONLINE team, including company management, is fully engaged in the recovery efforts and is doing everything possible to restore service availability as quickly as possible.
According to the latest information, a backup chiller is available on-site and can be used to restore cooling capacity. The current priority is completing its connection. For this purpose, pre-prepared power cables are expected to be delivered tomorrow. Once the connection has been completed and stable cooling operation has been confirmed, our engineering team will begin the phased restoration of server equipment and infrastructure.
Our next technical update is expected by 13:00 CEST tomorrow. If confirmed information becomes available earlier, we will share it with you immediately.
In addition, another cooling unit is expected to be delivered, which may be used to replace the failed equipment and restore redundancy within the cooling system.
We would also like to reassure you that your data remains safe and will be available once services are restored. This incident affects only our Netherlands data center; all other SYSTEM ONLINE locations continue to operate normally.
If you primarily use servers in this location for routing, proxying, or traffic forwarding purposes, you may consider temporarily placing such workloads in one of our other locations rather than waiting for the Netherlands site to be fully restored.
The customer portal remains fully operational. Our technical support team is working in an enhanced capacity and continues to process requests as quickly as possible.
After the incident has been resolved, we will separately address compensation-related matters. We will also provide detailed information on the measures to be taken to strengthen infrastructure resilience and reduce the likelihood of similar incidents in the future.
At the same time, we are already working on expanding our presence in the Netherlands by adding additional facilities that meet high standards of engineering reliability.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We understand your concerns and will continue to communicate openly as confirmed information becomes available.
