Update on Data Center Cooling Operations

We are currently addressing an emergency situation at the data center in the Netherlands related to the operation of the cooling system. The incident was detected yesterday, June 29, at approximately 20:30 CEST. As a result, some equipment and services may have been temporarily unavailable or operating unstably.

According to the latest information from the data center, technical work on-site is ongoing, the data center specialists and the service organization continue to take the necessary steps to restore stable operation of the cooling system. As part of the recovery work, an urgent delivery of additional power components required for connecting and starting the chiller unit has been arranged, the delivery is expected later today. In parallel, the data center is bringing in an additional specialized engineer for advanced diagnostics and recovery of a separate cooling system unit. This specialist is expected to arrive on-site tomorrow morning.

Our team remains on-site, maintains constant communication with the data center specialists, and is ready to begin the phased restoration of server equipment and infrastructure availability as soon as safe startup conditions are confirmed.
