We would like to provide you with the latest update regarding the incident at our Amsterdam data center.
The required work on the data center's cooling system has now been completed. Our engineers have started the phased power-up of the server equipment and the gradual restoration of the infrastructure.
The majority of the infrastructure is expected to return to operation progressively over the coming hours. However, recovery for some servers may take longer, as the equipment is being brought back online in stages, with stability checks performed at every step before proceeding further.
We remain in constant communication with the data center's engineers and operations staff, closely monitoring the situation. We will continue to provide updates as soon as confirmed information becomes available.
All other System Online Datacenter LTD locations are operating normally and are not affected by this incident.
The customer control panel is temporarily unavailable. We are working to restore it and expect it to become available again shortly.
