An emergency situation has currently been reported at the data center in Amsterdam.
The incident was caused by extreme weather conditions in Western Europe, as well as related cooling system issues in one of the data halls. The issue is on the data center side.
As a result, some customers' servers are currently unavailable or operating with limitations.
We are in constant communication with the data center engineers and staff, closely monitoring the situation, and are ready to restore all affected services in full as soon as the issue is resolved.
All other SYSTEM ONLİNE locations are operating normally and are not affected by this incident.
The customer control panel is temporarily unavailable. We are working to restore it and expect it to become available again shortly.
