Infrastructure Recovery Update

Dear Customers,

Infrastructure recovery efforts in Amsterdam are continuing.

At this time, 70% of servers have been successfully restored. Our technical team continues to bring the remaining equipment and services back online in phases, performing stability checks after each step before proceeding further.

If your server is still unavailable, this does not necessarily indicate an additional issue. The recovery process is being carried out in stages, so some servers will return to service later as equipment is verified and brought back into operation.

The customer control panel has been fully restored. You can now access it and submit support requests as usual.

Please note that our technical support team is currently experiencing a significantly higher volume of requests than usual. We have increased staffing levels to reduce response times and ensure every request is handled as quickly as possible.

The incident affected only our Amsterdam data center. All other SYSTEM ONLİNE locations continue to operate normally without any service interruptions. New servers remain available for order in all other locations.

We continue to closely monitor the situation and will publish further updates as soon as confirmed information becomes available.
